This document provides detailed information regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

4. IMEI and technical data

IMEI numbers and serial numbers are processed as technical identifiers. IMEI.EU does not process personal data of device owners. IMEI.EU does not identify individuals, does not provide location data, and does not associate technical identifiers with natural persons.

5. Sources of data

Personal data is collected directly from users during account creation, service usage, and communication. Technical information may be obtained from third party providers, manufacturers, network operators, or external databases. IMEI.EU does not control or alter the original source data.

8. Payment methods and data processing

IMEI.EU supports multiple payment methods including card payments, bank transfers, vouchers, and cryptocurrency payments. Payment data is processed by authorized payment service providers. IMEI.EU does not store full card numbers or sensitive authentication data. Transaction references and payment status may be retained for accounting and fraud prevention purposes.

9. Data retention

Personal data related to accounts is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship. Security logs and technical records are retained for limited periods based on operational needs. Financial records are retained according to applicable accounting and tax legislation.

10. Recipients of data

Data may be disclosed to payment processors, infrastructure providers, hosting services, security vendors, and public authorities where required by law. IMEI.EU does not sell personal data.

11. International transfers

Data may be processed within or outside the European Union depending on the location of service providers or data sources. Transfers outside the EU are performed using legally recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
